Methods This article had analyzed 267 cases of the original mass in the carotid triangle area.

方法对颈动脉三角区原发性267例肿块进行统计分析。

Result ⑴ There were 7 cases of cervical nodal metastases in 20 samples of carotid triangle lymph dissection ( including 2 cases with bilateral nodal metastases).

结果20例颈动脉三角区淋巴清扫病检结果，颈淋巴结转移7例（35%），其中双侧颈淋巴结转移2例；

结论对术前未发现颈淋巴肿大全喉切除病人，行颈动脉三角区淋巴清扫术，可以减少复发率。
